9. Account Suspension & Closure

kiss888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player has breached these Terms; a player's account is subject to a regulatory or law enforcement inquiry; kiss888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or a player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure
